目的 探讨母亲心理控制与青少年生命意义体验的关系，以及青少年自我概念清晰性和同伴疏离在二者关系中的作用。方法 采用父母心理控制问卷、生命意义问卷、自我概念清晰性量表和父母同伴依恋问卷，对初一年级至高三年级的3 189名学生进行施测。共获得有效问卷2 886份，对数据进行相关分析并检验中介效应和调节效应。结果 母亲心理控制与青少年生命意义体验呈显著负相关（r=-0.18,P<0.001）。母亲心理控制可直接负向预测生命意义体验（β=-0.19,P<0.001）；当加入青少年自我概念清晰性作为中介变量后，母亲心理控制对生命意义体验的预测作用有所减弱，但仍具有显著性（β=-0.09,P<0.001）；经Bootstrap抽样法检验发现，自我概念清晰性的中介效应具有显著性，其效应量为-0.09(95%CI:-0.11～-0.08)，该中介效应占总效应的50%。同伴疏离对“母亲心理控制→自我概念清晰性→生命意义体验”这一中介路径的前半段，以及母亲心理控制对生命意义体验的直接效应，均具有调节作用（β=0.13,95%CI 0.08～0.14,P<0.001 ;β=0.06,95%CI 0.02～0.08,P<0.001）；具体表现为：在同伴疏离水平相对更低时，母亲心理控制对自我概念清晰性及生命意义体验的负向影响更强（β=-0.30,P<0.001 ;β=-0.13,P<0.001）。结论 母亲心理控制通过自我概念清晰性的部分中介效应与同伴疏离的调节效应，共同影响青少年生命意义体验。对于同伴疏离水平高的青少年，除考虑母亲的教养方式外，更应重视同伴因素，帮助其改善同伴疏离情况、提升自我概念清晰性，进而提高生命意义体验。
Abstract：Objective To explore the relationship between maternal psychological control and adolescents' experience of meaning in life, and investigate the roles of adolescents' self-concept clarity and peer alienation in this relationship. Methods A total of 3 189 students from the first grade of junior high school to the third grade of senior high school were surveyed using the parental psychological control questionnaire(PPCQ), meaning in life questionnaire(MLQ), self-concept clarity scale(SCCS), and inventory of parent and peer attachment(IPPA). A total of 2 886 valid questionnaires were obtained. Correlation analysis was conducted on the data, and mediating and moderating effects were tested. Results Maternal psychological control was significantly negatively correlated with adolescents' experience of meaning in life(r=-0.18, P<0.001). Maternal psychological control could directly and negatively predict the experience of meaning in life(β=-0.19, P<0.001). After adding adolescents' self-concept clarity as a mediating variable, the predictive effect of maternal psychological control on the experience of meaning in life weakened but remained significant(β=-0.09, P<0.001). The Bootstrap sampling method showed that the mediating effect of self-concept clarity was significant, with an effect size of-0.09(95% CI:-0.11 to-0.08), accounting for 50% of the total effect. Peer alienation had a moderating effect on both the first half of the mediating path “maternal psychological control → self-concept clarity → experience of meaning in life” and the direct effect of maternal psychological control on the experience of meaning in life(β=0.13, 95% CI 0.08 to 0.14, P<0.001; β=0.06, 95% CI 0.02 to 0.08, P<0.001). Specifically, when the level of peer alienation was relatively lower, the negative impact of maternal psychological control on self-concept clarity and the experience of meaning in life was stronger(β=-0.30, P<0.001; β=-0.13, P<0.001). Conclusion Maternal psychological control affects adolescents' experience of meaning in life through the partial mediating role of self-concept clarity and the moderating effect of peer alienation. For adolescents with high levels of peer alienation, in addition to considering maternal parenting styles, more attention should be paid to peer factors to help reduce peer alienation and enhance self-concept clarity, thereby promoting their experience of meaning in life.
